500
Days of Summer was a sleeper hit during the year 2009. It grossed almost 7times
of its budget and even get critical appreciation from everywhere. It follows a
non-linear movie pattern where the protagonist recalls his memories with summer
(i.e 500 days) in various orders. It’s a winner of 2 Golden Globe Awards
I don’t
usually prefer romantic movies, so maybe that’s why I felt many Indian movies
elements in it (especially when the hero gets a positive reply from heroine,
there starts a story where he dance with all he strangers). But it’s really a
good movie for all the couples to enjoy their romantic date.
